Hi, I’m Isabella,

a Greek strategist in London.

To be honest, the hardest part about moving here wasn’t trading sunny days for grey skies – it was leaving my dogs behind. So, most evenings, you’ll find me video-calling them.

I’d happily talk about my dogs forever, but since this is supposed to be about me, here’s my version of the dreaded “three things” icebreaker:

First: I’m dyslexic, and also a neat freak. Dyslexia taught me early that chaos clouds thinking, so I learned to create order. For me, organisation isn’t about perfection – it’s how I make space to think clearly and stay in control of my thoughts.

Second: I’m shy and quiet at first, but once I feel at ease, I don’t stop talking. More importantly, I’m someone who shows up. Acts of service are my way of showing I care.

And third: being Greek, I carry philoxenia with me – the instinct to treat strangers as friends and make them feel welcome.

That instinct guides my work too. I start with the human – how they feel, what they need, what gets in their way. I try to understand them, define the problem clearly, and then use creativity to design work, moments, and experiences that genuinely serve them. For me, if it doesn’t create value for people or the planet, it isn’t enough – and that principle is what I aim to bring into every project.
